Today I forgot to take Jake to his grooming appointment, so I had to do it myself!
Here he is in the bathtub!

Aww, he looks happier than most shelties I've seen getting a bath before. I know my two collies (rest their souls) always hated baths of any kind.
He is sure getting easier to bathe and groom as he gets older. He even let me blow-dry him today. He has never allowed that before!
I had to get him all cleaned up because he's coming with us on a long trip to see my family in Arkansas (we live in Michigan!). He'll meet my family for the first time - and we've had him for 7 years! He'll also meet my mom's two chihuahuas and my sister's little mixed breed doggy.
I wanted him to make a nice impression! I even put a bandana on him, just like at the real groomers!
Awww! Jake is so cute! It looked like he behaved himself well in the bath tub.:)
Cute pics. He looks like he is a good dog for his bath. What a cutie!!
