there's SNOW business like SNOW business..

After California's fires I joked about floods.. we had a storm come thru last night......There was about one-half foot of HAIL in Compton...there were kids actually shoveling walkways this morning!!!

Now we just need a famine and pestilence.

Somehow I think that is possible now!!

I saw that on the news last night I couldn't belive it. Snow in LOS ANGELES! :eek: Can you even buy a snow shove there? What a mess, First fires now this. I could see how you would wonder what next.


Maybe you shouldn't joke any more, look what happens when you joked about floods. You might have more power then you know. If famine and pestilence happens next, I'd start watching what you wish for. ;) ;) ;) Or head to Vegas......and wish for a big win. :D

The funniest thing about the whole evening is...

Compton is about 6-7 miles from my job...
I went out last night at 5:30 and there was thunder and lighting and rain......

Driving home, 14 miles away, it was dry-no rain, nothing.....

talk about weird....:eek:

Easily amused, eh?? I guess you were with all that hail. Time to batten down the hatches and secure those window screens. Have you started your Christmas shopping yet??:D :D
