Squid looks as friendly and annoyed at the same time as Filou when he's picked up -very tolerant against crazy humans;)

Squid was ten years old in that picture. When he was a kitten it was impossible to pick him up if he didn't want to be. He literally would squirt out of your hands like a squid might so he ended up with that name.

This is one of my favorite Squid photos. He was three years old when Bev was teasing him with the ICT (irresistible cat toy) while he sat on the back of the couch. His paws, ears and eyes are all focused on where the toy was.

Then Filou should be called Squid as well. He's seven now, so I have some hope;)

The "Flying Squid" was taken with a automatic 35mm camera (Minolta 700s) but in manual focus mode. It couldn't find him in autofocus mode! I let the camera manage the flash and the shutter speed. Squid looks so sleek n that photo.
