The Brooke County Shelter in Follansbee,WV. is in dire need of help.
This shelter is maxed out and 20 plus dogs will be euthenized this
week if I can't get some of them to rescue. We have worked with this
rescue several times, please help me move these dogs to safety. There
are 2 medium adults and 2 small older pups.
