ivan920, if you want a pedigree cat you'll be best to scan through the websites which display breeders -although they are much more expensive than those from an animal shelter.

There is an overload of cats right now in the shelters. The Toronto Humane Society has reduced their rates to $15 for adult cats and $25 for kittens because of the cat overload crisis. Usual adoption fee is $95.

Hello, welcome to pet talk
I know a great place to adopt a kitty and they always have nice cats there and of course looking for wonderful homes. There is a shelter called the Toronto Humane Society located on 11 River street that is where I volunteer as a cat groomer. Right now to adopt a cat and kitten is $40.00. You can visit the website at to see the animal that are listed and waiting to find forever homes at Toronto humane society. Just check the shelter out and you might find your perfect match. And they always say the cat picks you out. That is true beacause my kitties pick me out. If you have any about adopted a kitty, you can e-mail at Kelly
