I went to the web page you started and backed in AOL Hometown Essentials. You've already done "Beginners Start Here". Now you are "Ready For More?" and "Update Your Page". Doesn't that give you the information you need?
The best thing I can tell you to do is go to your local bookstore, and buy the book,"HTML for Dummies". It will explain how to do everything you need to know, and it is easy to understand. (That is how my webpage got built!)
