This is a cross post from the Great Goldens board I am on.
Does anyone know anyone who can help? I am too far away and have to work.
The new service dog candidate that we are getting is coming from Clevland to Guelph (Ontario). The group that has him has evaluated him and he has passed all the preliminaries with flying colours and is in good physical health. But they can't hold him forever and we need to get this boy to us.
Financing is a bit of a problem (it's something our organization is working on) but we are getting him and starting him even if we have to donate all the time and supplies ourseleves.
Anyway...we need to pick him up this weekend....if there is anyone in the Clevland area who could do even an hours leg of the trip for us it will save us considerable time. If you are able to could you contact me via email at [email protected] and I'll give you more details and then call you to work everything else. We are looking at doing this run on Saturday.
