Poor Scared Cat!

someone tied a Cat , 1 yearish , Orange and White short hair to the Door of the Ruffin Pet Food Store in the Centre Mall in Hamilton , Ontario. By Law , they have to keep him in a cage there for 3 days , to give the Creeps a chance to claim him. He didnt run away , he was definitely tied to the door. after 3 Days he will be picked up by an already overcrowded SPCA.I have a full house , so if there is anyone in Hamilton that can help , callthe SPCA at 905 574 7722 and ask for the Ruffin Cat. He would be a Good Cat!

What a cruel thing to do. Let us hope they do not come for him and that he can have the chance at adoption. Even at an overcrowded shelter, at least there is some hope of finding a decent home.
