I can't believe this: Luna is nursing Lily!

I just couldn't believe my eyes:

My girls were cuddling on their pillow together, as usual, when I heard some funny sounds. When I looked, I saw the baby had her face in the long fur of Luna's belly and was in fact suckling! :) And Luna seemed to enjoy it because she was licking Lily's head and they both purred. They were like that for at least 10 minutes, and looked so happy together! :)

I find this especially amazing since Luna has been taken away from her litter and mommy at the very young age of 6 weeks, and she has been spayed at the age of 5 months and - of course - never had kittens of her own. So I'm really surprised what a good mommy she makes! :)

Filou was nursing on Tigris (who is 3 weeks younger) at least for 3 months. :rolleyes: And Tigris accepted it although he's no girl:)
