You mean like when it changes from picture to picture? I had someone make mine for me. I'm sure if you ask, someone will make you one. :)
I use Jasc Animation Shop 3.
there were threads that told an online free program on the changing avatars. they have all been deleted. :( I had them all bookmarked. and did a search and they are all deleted. i did mine so long ago that i don't remember how. sorry
