Pics of the other girls

ok, I think seemesmile.com is working again so here are my other two girls.

This is Pingo. She's only been here for 9 months. She's six years old now, an alaskan husky. She's always been a working dog. A musher friend gave her to me as he is training for the Yukon Quest and Pingo wasn't getting enough work in his yard. She doesn't like to do long distances, but she does love to run. She's a lead dog. She's adjusted well to life as a part time working dog, full time pet. She LOVES treats and toys!

And this is Raven with me, last winter. (Covered the self-portrait thread too!!) Raven will be two years old in a couple weeks. She's been here since late November 2002. She's insane. She spent most of her life in the shelter and she's a little kennel crazy. She needs tons of exercise. I have never seen Raven truly tired. She squeals like she's being killed when she's happy. Good thing my neighbors aren't very close and are great people!! Raven is exceptionally bright. She's currently in training to be a lead dog and coming along quickly!
