I'm not sure. :confused: At 5 months with pied coloring, its often difficult to tell. Lutinos and pieds are the most difficult to visually tell. I'm assuming Dogz's Nelly's a girl because grey females often have that coloring on the face. With your birdie I just can't tell. What are his/her behaviors at this point? Is Piper more quiet or does he/she like to sing/whistle/try to talk? If Piper's more vocal, its more likely that he/she's a male. If quiet, he/she could be a female. Look under his/her tail and see if there is barring or not. Barring under the tail indicates a female. Plain indicates a male. When young, both male and females have barring under their tails, so you might have to wait until he/she's older. If you want to be certain, you can get her DNA sexed at the vet. :)
