Mine do this too. Frisco is the one that kisses most often, but when Icarus gets started he can't stop. He can sit there for hours just licking my hand clean.
My rats do that 24/7. They also love to lick my lips...hehe...rattie kisses....the best kinda kisses you could ever get!
