Hmm...I found a small sharpish white thing sticking out of my back gums..Its right at the back above my last tooth..I read that sometimes pieces of tooth come out? I'm afraid to pull at it incase its not..omg..this is freaky..believe it or not, I'm looking FORWARD to going to the dentist tomorrow and finding out what the heck is going on back there as im too afraid to look for the most part..-sigh- All I know is its really hurting..

It sounds like it might be a wisdom tooth. I only got one wisdom tooth (not 4 like most people) and it didn't come in until I was 30 years old.
Oi, no I got them out last week..I'm thinking it might be a piece of one though
and I lied, I'm not to happy about going in there tom :X
I have something like that also. It's in the back of my mouth on my right side. Mine's a tooth though, I'm positive. It hurt a tad bit but after a while, I couldn't feel the pain anymore. Now, I can feel a piece of gum becoming loose..ew
I hope its not a big piece...I don't want it to hurt taking it out lol..:x
