Can anyone help Tank get home?

Transport Needed for Tank to get to rescue. He has been waiting a long time in our shelter ( 6 weeks) to get a ride to Pit Prints Pit Bull and Aggressive Breed Rescue/Rehabilitation. We found a wonderful rescue to take him but it is a long way home so, pls help us give him the chance that he deserves... pic available

I have never run this route so if anyone knows of a better route, pls let me know, I am open to suggesstion.
