Dear Karen.... (from K'Cee)

Dear Karen,

It's Kissiekat! Piper would help me write this but he's hiding under the bed cos he's scaried of his seedie treat.:rolleyes: (Mom says he's a big chicken. Really? I thought he was a big bunnie!?!)

I got Mom uppie at 4.30am and had her let me out of her room cos that's the time Grandpa gives out treats! Well, usually after I get my treat I ask to be let back into my Mom's bedroom so I can go back to bed BUT today mom got uppie too! She NEVER gets uppie that early! Mom started her shower and all of a sudden I heard, "K'CEEEEEEE!!!" .... ... Ummmm, I kinda have a thing for Mom's shower pouff ... I steal it from the bathroom while she's at work and yesterday I didn't put it back cos I kinda broke it... so I hid it in the living room behind the sofa!

:eek: I'll fast forward the dripping-wet-mad-mom-big-trouble scene and tell you that Mom and Grandpa had to go to the airportie to pick up my Grandma. While they were gone, the postieman came and set something between our doors. Turns out it was a package from you! yay! And you even drew our pictures on it!

I helpied Mom open it and surpurrlies! surpurrlies! it was full of treats for US!!! (Mom says the bunnie mug -which looks like loppie eared Pipers!- is for her but I drank out of it when she wasn't lookin'. :p ) The birdie pen and the nantucket bunnies are purrty; however, mom won't let me see them uppie close. I LOOVE my three micies and two furry squares... I especially like that blue and purple tissue paper! BUUUTTTT mom took it away when I started eatin' it. *sigh*

Piper won't come out from hiding to try his "dust treats" but we think he'll like 'em. We know he likes the chew sticks--he grabbed one and ran back under the bed and his hay is in the cage waitin' for him. Mom says we have to wait for him to come out before we divide the jinglie balls; he gets to pick two and I get to pick two.... I hope he doesn't want that pink one!

My mom said to tell you and the other pet talkers that you might not see much of us for awhile. We're going to take a break and then we're going to a 'partment. I asked if that was like going to the white coats but she said it was much better.... I hope so. I don't like those white coats!

We just wanted to say our thank-you's before things got too crazy 'round here! :)

Oh, you're welcome K'Cee! Tell Piper Miss Hoppy says seed treats are even better than parsley! Maybe he'll stop being afraid of it then! :)

Glad you liked the tissue paper, I thought it would be fun for you! :) I'll tell Grandpa the sticks are approved by bunnies in New Mexico as well - he'll be pleased about that! :)

We like our presents from you guys, too! Miss Hoppy hasn't yet figured out that the yogurt drops are to eat ... but maybe she will ... And the jingle toys are fun and we hear them sometimes, though once, the round one got in the way of our morning toreador game, so she moved it to the side before continuing to play - she almost tripped on it! :) We love the puppy box, and the bunny toys and saved the little foam bunnies, too - but the carrot and pepper seeds will have to wait for next year - our growing seasons already half over, and they'd be frosted carrots-and-peppers too quickly - so we'll hafta wait for next year for those!

Momma's right not to let you near the birdie pin - that's got a very sharp part that could hurt a curious kitty paw that swatted at it too long - besides, Mom gets to have SOME just-for-her presents, doesn't she?
