First Twinkles Dies...

And now Vader died too :(. I was on my way to my uncle's funeral, and I saw a big black lump on the side of the road. I realised it was a kitty :(.I stopped at home for a minute, and on my way to the funeral, I checked if it was Vader. It was :( :( :( The SPCA came and took his body.

I feel like a terrible kitty mommy right now :( I have had 2 cats die this week:(

I am never, ever letting any of my cats outside again other than Majy (She was a barn cat, and hates to be indoors)

I was so surprised because when Vader did go out, he always stayed on the sundeck, curled up in a ball sleeping under a lawn chair :(

I am so very sorry to hear of your losses, so unfair to loose not one but two of your precious furbabies.

I am thinking of you and hope my Sooti and lil Romeo will take good care of twinkles and vader.

WHAT IS DYING?

I am standing on the sea shore.
A ship at my side spreads her white
sails to the morning breeze and starts
for the blue ocean She is an object
of beauty and I stand
and watch her until at last she
fades on the horizon.

Then someone at my side says
"There she has gone" -
gone where?
Gone from my sight - that is all.
She is just as large in the mast,
hull and spars as she was
when she left my side. The
diminished size and total loss
of sight is in me and not in her,
and just at that moment when
someone by my side says
"She's gone" others on a distant
shore take up
the glad shout -
"There she comes!"
