Unfortunately Photoshop is expensive as it is an absolutely professional program.
And if you are a wiz you can do just anything with it -but as it has so many options it can be a little complicated to work with:(

We have it in the office but I can do only some very simple things:(

It takes a lot of learning. I spent over 3 years using Photoshop. Now I'm at the point where I can do a LOT of stuff in it, but I still find myself learning new things I didn't know before occasionally! :D
