Pictures of your dogs!

Well, my dogs haven't gotten to be dog of the day yet, so I'm going to show them off anyways. The first dog is Freddy. He's an 8 year old Westie, and very sweet. The second is of TJ, also a Westie, and he's 3. These pictures were taken in Warsaw, Poland, were we lived last year. They loved it there, because there was a big yard for them to chase each other in, and lots of squirrels in the trees. I read once that Westies are the
easiest of the terrier breeds to train.

Westie woman and Kys all of your Westies are so adorable, I love their coloring. I was just curious, I heard that most all terriers do not shed, our Schnauzers don't and I was wondering if the Westies do. The photos are great http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif

Jackiesdaisy - Our Westies shed after their baths. They don't seem to shed much after that.

Pepper is a stubborn/spoiled Norwich.
We were thinking at one time to add
a Westie to our household when I heard they were easier to train. lol
Pepper does shed a little but not a lot.

I have 3 dogs, Carl, Iris & Raven. Carl is a Rottweiler, he's mine. Iris & Raven are German Shepherds, they are my sister and dad's dogs.

Wow, Sara! Carl looks magnificent going over that jump! He is really something special. All of them are just beautiful dogs. You can certainly see that you come from a family of dog lovers....what does your mom say????

Oh KYS, Pepper is adorable! At first I thought he was a Carin terrier, but then you answered my question later. He is so cute! I would definetly encourage you to get a Westie. They are so much fun!

Westie Woman...My brother got a Westie puppy in November and her name is Millie. He tells a funny story about her. They have long windows on either side of the front door that go all the way to the floor. At certain times of the day she can see her reflection in the glass and starts barking. He realized she was barking at "the other" Westie! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif He had to put some cardboard up eventually because she was very intent on letting everyone know that "another Westie" was about to invade their home! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif

Westie...Freddie and TJ are just the most adorable little guys! One of my favorite doggie pals is a little Westie named Tala! You have a beautiful family there!
