There is no place to sign from Canada , or I would sign right up!They have had so much sucess in san Fransico with the low cost spay and neuter clinics , that with fewer strays , they can concentrate on the ones that come in!That is such a good idea , except some of these idiots cant put down the beer long enough to watch thier kids , let alone the pets!

I certainly would have signed it too, if it were possible, however could not help myself check out the adoptee on there, SUGAR, anyone else see her, what a lovely kitty.
