Finny's brother was adopted today
As I was reading this site, my "candygram" (email) rang. It was JennyG from HUA telling me that my neighbors did indeed take Remus home. I'm so thrilled. I can't wait to talk with them. It took Finny several weeks and the discovery of the "comfort harness" before he was comfortable on a walk. I imagine his brother, Remus, will have similiar problems. We fear they were abused with belts/leashes before being abandoned in the countryside. Finny's great now but was very timid in the beginning. I spent the first 5 nights with him on the family room sectional and that was a great experience for he and I to bond. (husband wasn't thrilled-lol) Looking forward to playdates with Remus.....I wonder what they'll name him?!?! Finny was "Romulus" at HUA. Where DO they get these names? lol :)
