Avatar sites

I was wondering if anyone knows of any avatar sites. Or does anybody have any dog/cat/horse/guinea pig avatars that I could use?

Thanks, captain, but would you happen to know (or anyone else;)) how to make animations smaller so they will fit into the avatar space?
