A poem to my Cubby cat.

Mamma Don't Leave Me Here Alone!

I am just a baby at 2 years old,
You leave me on the 2 days daddy is home.

When you get back,
I flop on the floor with a slight purr to let you know.

As you reach out to pet me,
I will bite you each time, letting you know not to leave me alone.

You bring me dinner,
that I am sure to eat.

I rub your feet when I want to eat,
I try and beg daddy to feed me from his plate.

As you sit there and wait,
for me to hesitate.

You laugh when I crash,
you feel bad when I fall.

When ever you awake me,
I am sure to attack.

You take me to the vet,
who I hate most.

They woke me up, with a needle in my butt,
they wonder why I attacked, acted like I was mean.

But that was sure,
to hurt my butt.

Momma, don't be mean,
and leave me alone.
