No, I used adobe photoshop..not sure if you can with paint?

Then how do you make your own brush on PhotoShop? ;)

I just made a new image around 10-20px (or w/e size) transparent. Did w/e to make the brush, in my case, I just put lines in diff spots etc. Then go to Edit - Define brush :)
