Well that would be the Border Collie. Love the border collies...of course owning one sort of helps in that decision.
COLLIES!:D
I absolutely love shelties - I think they are just adorable. I would probably never get one as they don't fit my lifestyle - I'm just not that active. Unless it was an older one where a good romp in the backyard would be enough. I also like Border Collies and Collies, but again I don't think I could give them the best life:(
I'm more of the couch potato dog lifestyle:D
Oh Kai isn't that active. If I'm lucky, I give him 4 walks a week. It's not so much the physical as it is the mental part. A good running around the backyard with maybe a ball or frisbee would do the trick. That's what I do when I don't feel like walking him.Quote:

As for my favourite...isn't it obvious? LOL Well I love shelties but I didn't always love them. My favourite use to be a border collie but now it's kinda half and half. I also like gsd's, collies, aussies, cattledogs, belgian shepherds and belgian malinois. I hope I get to own at least one of each of those eventually..but it's probably not gonna happen.
We voted other..... Corgi's!
I love Catahoula dogs!!! The first time I saw one was a few years ago. This guy was at the beach I was at with his and I thought "what a prefect dog! Perfect sized and everything."Quote:

Yup Yup, that's us. What size did it come up? Can you see it, because it kept looking small when I pulled it up. *sigh* I'm still learning this forum.Quote:

I just had to vote border collie, i grew up on a farm, and thats all we ever had, our pet dog scott, was a border collie, he was the most gentle animal i have known, we loved him so much that when we left the farm for the city , we could not part with him, he came with us, and lived a happy life until he had to go to rainbow bridge as he had cancer, i missed him so much, he was my big furbaby, and he adored out cat, he used to sit with her between his paws and lick her to bits, she in turn loved him just as much, a gentle giant he was.
