Very concerned - KIWI

Hi. As the human servant to 5 parrots of my own I often am concerned when reading entries on Pet of the Day concerning birds. I was greatly unnerved when reading of Kiwi's favourite toy. The elastic bands are a ticking bomb. PLEASE and I beg you, only allow this toy to be used when he is under direct supervision or while you are playing tug-of-war with him. I fear an accident if he is left to play with this toy - a fixture in his cage. This is a very dangerous situation for such a sweet little guy and I hope that you have checked in for follow up on your beautiful little charatcer. Best of luck. Rick
