my kitty died yesterday.

my cat had been missing for two days. i finally found him,he would just stare off into space,hated being touched,and had a few broken ribbs.i brought him strait home then took him to the vet. took him strait to the vet. they said they didn't know what was wrong w/ him and he had to stay over the night so they could find out. they called me yesterday morning and said he died through the night. i sobbed for hours and am still wimpering a little bit when ever i do something that remands me of him. i miss him soo much. my dog even looks for him sometimes. i didn't really get to say good-bye :( . i thought i was going to be able to bing him home. :( :( :( .it's amazing!i can almost feel his presants still here. or maybe it's delayed shock.

he was all black and had not one white hair on him. beutiful gold hug me eyes,and acted like a puppy. makes me feel special knowing that i have an angel watching over me.

Did the vet say what happened?

I know this is really hard on you right now, but I think your kitty is there in spirit by you letting you know he's okay now.

no the vet still doesn't know what was wrong. i suppose he wanted to go. i just wish i could have been there or atleast said goodbye.

Oh that's so sad. I sure hope he wasn't in much pain. You did good by getting him to the vet! It's not easy losing someone so special to us.

I am so extremely sorry you lost your cat.:( It just tears a huge hole in your heart when they are gone.

Oh no, poor kitty. I feel so sorry for you, and it just breaks my heart. :( :( :( Too bad that you didn't get to say goodbye, I can't imagine how you feel..........but he's now safe at Rainbow Bridge.{{{{{hugs}}}}}:( :(

So sorry for your loss. It looks as if he had an accident and had more injurys than just broken ribs. You did the right thing and took him to the vet to help him. Now he's free of pain and we hope he'll meet all the other kitties at Rainbow Bridge:)
