Oh my God, Kipper is such a cutie-pie! I really wish I could have another dog, if I could I would try to get him so bad! Isn't he adorable?

The poor guy suffered fropm malnutrition. Luckily he is staying with a foster family. I hope someone can give him a loving home soon.
