Introducing Kona

Hi!

I've been reading Pet Talk for some time now, but now I finally have a picture to share so that I can introduce my little girl Kona.

Kona is nine. My husband brought Kona to me as a kitten. He says that she "chose" him by curling up and falling asleep as soon as he picked her up. She was an only child until a few years ago when we adopted her doggy sister, Oreo. She was not pleased with that situation at all! But now, Kona has taught Oreo the rules of the house ("my bed, my sunshine, my windowsill, and don't chase me"), so they get along quite well. As you can see, she is a beautiful tortie and her hidden belly is fluffy and white. She is an inside-only cat and loves to play with balls and a stuffed bunny and chitter at the birds through the window. I love this little girl and am so happy to share my home with her!

Well, hello Kona, and Mommy! Welcome to PT, which is so much fun it is scary sometimes. Sounds like Kona and Oreo have a relationship we all should envy. What's mine is mine, and what's yours is mine :D Thanks for the great picture of Kona, she is one beautiful tortie. Can't wait to hear even more about her, and her tortitude!!!

Kona is absolutley beautiful! We have a tortie too, you can see her in my signature. They really have wonderful personalities...very loving and completely cat-like.
