Yesterday was a bad day
Yesterday I cleaned up blood, mud, vomit and poop and was on fever patrol.
Bandit was bleeding,
Killian brought in mud on all his paws and tracked it all over before I caught him,
My daughter has the stomach flu,
My son has the flu with a fever,
I was totally run down.
I took Bandit to his vet and Killian to his.
My daughter saw her doctor and my son saw his.
Today everyone seems to be on the mend.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!! I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT YEAR!!!!

WOW--what an awful day!! At least you were feeling alright. I'm glad to hear that everyone's getting better. Take some time to relax--you deserve it!!!
Happy new year to you also!!
-
Sounds like a busy, yucky, crazy, expensive day for you!
Hope you get a restful day today! Or tomorrow. ;)
Glad to hear everyone's feeling better!
-
wow sorry but u sound like a great mommy doin all that! hope u feel better;)

What a woman you are Sue!! Now, as for Killi getting mud everywhere...imagine this...20 dogs X 4 paws = 80 muddy paws and a backyard that has only about 1/4 of its grass and all the snow melted in one day and rained at the same time.
Now imagine this...I'm sitting in my computer chair typing and 62 pound Max has crawled up in the chair behind me and is currently resting his butt on the back of my neck with is front paws on the arms of the chair!! lol
-
Molly and Mike, you KNOW that I think of you two as angels!!!
I can just picture it!!!!! I would be pulling all my hair out!!   But look at all the lovin' you get from all those adorable pups!!!!! Hahaha

Our house is trashed....so...but...we have all the love to make up for it.
-
Wow! So sorry to hear that your family(people&pets) are feeling so bad. I hope that everyone gets better soon. Lets not start the New Year all feeling yeachy!:( :)
-
Sorry to hear you had such a bad day yesterday. Hopefully everybody is feeling little better today.
-
Well, I guess your family must be getting rid of all the left over bugs so they can start the New Year out fresh and healthy. Take care, Sue. Remember Moms can't get sick!

Just another day in the life of our invincible SUE!! Now, I wonder, would you know what to do with a day WITHOUT disaster??;) Honestly, I don't know how you do it! You're amazing...and my hero! Seriously, I hope all the furry and 2 legged ones are on the mend and that 2003 is filled with lots of love and healing and happy days! Just don't dare YOU get sick!! Make sure you take of yourself! We need you, "they" need you, the whole world needs you!:D Lots of love to you angel Sue and best wishes for 2003 from your friend Sandra AND Labbie tail thumps and slurpy kisses from Star***Shine and Cody Girl to their bestest pals, Killian, Shiloh and.....(?????) Bandit!!:)
-
Wow what a way to end 2002! :( But I guess that means that 2003 will only get better! Happy New Year!! :)
-
mugsy ... I've done that calculation, too. ;)
11 dogs X 4 paws = 44 paws - 1 paw for Queenie the three-legged dog = 43 paws
43 paws X 20 trips outside per dog per day (we have a doggie door!) = 860 paw prints per square foot per day
860 paw prints per square foot per day X 2,000 square feet in the house = ...... oh, I can't bear to actually finish, I would cry.
Suffice it to say, my floor gets swept and mopped a LOT! (But not nearly as much as it should!)

Wow! Sue, how do you do it?
I am not sure what is going on with your foster, Bandit. I have been away for over 10 days. I am going to have to catch up.
