Made and ate some buckwheat noodles last night, before I knew either that fact, or that my body has decided I am allergic to buckwheat, so my apologies that the websites were updated so late today.
I feel fine NOW, but spent hours miserable, symptomatic without knowing why, or sleeping - as it's exhausting!
Sigh.
Dislike, Karen. I’m part Polish, so kasha (buckwheat groats) is almost always on hand in my cupboard. I hope you feel better!
