Oh yes, sweetheart, I certainly did enjoy meeting you today, reading your devoted human's love filled tribure, seeing your heart-melting photos! (You may not be fond of strangers, but it's clear you sure do love the camera, and oh how the camera loves YOU!)

I was so moved by your backstory, Lu Bu, having survived a far less than ideal start to life only to go on to find peace and happiness with that mom/dad destined to be yours! It's understandable, you still not fully accepting the company of strangers. But thanks to your human's unconditional love and devotion, slowly but surely you're coming out of your shell! And I have no doubt with time you'll grow even more trusting and accepting of attention, not to mention honing those singing and talking skills!:) But no matter, your human loves you just as you are, and forever and always will be there for you, just as it should be! How lucky your human is, having a feathered family member, a best friend as brave and beautiful, as special as you, Lu Bu! You're a treasure, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

Dearest Lu Bu, what a beautiful Cockatiel you are! Those multi-colored feathers are so pretty, and you have the sweetest face with those lovely big eyes. You look like you're smiling (and you probably are)!

What a story of love and devotion your dear person has to tell about you! Before you came to her/him, you hadn't been cared for properly. You were aggressive and bit quite hard. I am so glad and grateful to learn that he/she has been giving you all the time and space and care and love you need to learn to relax and trust your present world and people. You've become much nicer, and now you run away from people instead of biting. Your dear person talks and sings to you, hoping you will some day talk and sing. You two love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
