My baby is itchy!

Jewels is my dog, a maltese. Lately i've been noticing she has been itching one spot, and somtimes when she does, she whimpers! my poor baby! anyway, I was wondering if u know what it is or what to do, or if i should take her to the vet!?

i would take her to the vet, if she's whimpering. i don't know much about dogs and health conditions though :rolleyes:
