Font help

Anyone know what this font is called? We're looking to have t-shirts made for the fire department and I'd like to find some font samples. THANKS!

Karen ~ I asked my boss and he says he's lined up someone in Baltimore to make the shirts. I told him that if it fell through to let me know so we could contact you. I'll let you know when I know. Thank you so much for finding this font. I had no idea how to go about it.

Yes, there are several different tshirt printing places now, all competing with each other! But it is best to have an actual designer do the design part, rather than someone who will just type something in! ;)
