What a cutie pie you are, Sammy! At first I mistook you for a ferret - but your two species are very closely related, so I hope you can forgive my mistake! I know polecats are native to Europe - and you have the distinction of being our very first ever polecat to be Pet of the Day - so all of Belgium can be proud of you today! We love that your tongue is peeking our in your picture, and that you person sent such a good close-up that we can all see what it would be like to be face-to-face with you! You sound like real scamp, but it is obvious you are greatly loved anyway! Congratulations, Sammy, you are Pet of the Day for the whole world to celebrate! Maybe you'll get some extra treats today!

Oh, what an adorable, utterly precious Polecat you are, Sammy! I'm not sure we've ever had a Polecat as Pet of the Day, in fact, I just read you ARE our first!:cool: How neat is that! It's no wonder your human finds it hard to get angry with you, deny your devilish, charming self anything...just look at that face!:D (Love that pic of you giving your human the "razzberries!":D) What a unique, fun loving, cuddly (sometimes:D) best furry friend your human has in you, Sammy! I sure would like to know the difference between a ferret and a polecat. Either way, Sammy is super adorable!
