Kia 1998 - 2014

We let Kia go today. :( My blue eyed girl will be missed so much but she is free of pain and probably being a bossy girl up at the Bridge. :rolleyes: :D

I am hoping she is playing with all the old PT crew I remember who have all gone before her. This is how I picture her in my brain. I will always remember her. :)

It's hard to express how much this hits home. Through FB we had kind of been in a similar point in watching and worrying over our precious old girls and trying to give them everything we could as we knew the time was growing shorter. No matter how much you know it is coming, nothing truly can prepare you for the depth of the loss when it happens, the shock of that sudden void in your life. It is a pain far greater than any words can describe. I hope our girls are together now, young and happy at the Bridge. I wish you never had to say farewell. Kia was and always will be an amazing girl. I grieve with you.
