I didn't see "getting hit by a car while in your recliner" but then again, I have always been lucky.
I figured it didn't cover Canada...so I made a futile attempt at humour. ;)
Actually, we Canadians don't die - we just go naturally into a cryogenic state some time in January. :p
I was surprised Respiratory Diseases were not the highest in the coal-producing states, but then again, lung cancer probably counts under cancer.
