Central NJ: diabetic cat needs a new home

Hello I have a Cat his name is Felix he is approx. 8 years old, Due to recent circumstances I am no longer able to care for him, He has diabetes and I have tried many shelters although they have turned him down, I have asked all friends and family members but no one is willing to take care of my beloved feline. Is there any way your shelter could take him? or do you know any where that will?? I have to put him to sleep tomorrow if I can not make him other arrangements.
