But there is a lone newborn kitten without a mama that's needs to be bottle fed. So much for respite from rescue.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
I told them I would bottle feed until it's weaned (don't know if it's a male or female) PROVIDING I get a commitment to take it once it is. I can't have ANY more permanent residents in my house right now. I'm awaiting word.

I spoke with Joan (the woman bottle feeding her) last night and the kitten didn't make it.:(:(
She said the kitten was quite active the day before, but was acting lethargic. My gut feeling tells me it had distemper. The mama rejected it twice which is usually a sign.
So, I won't be bottle feeding afterall.
RIP sweet little girl. You were loved up until the end.:(:(
