I was so thrilled to receive word last evening that Val would be today's Pet Of The Day, and then so happy to get on and have her beautiful blue eyes greet me. I am one proud teenage girl and am so blessed to work with her. I would love to thank her owners for being so kind and allowing us this chance together. Maybe we can do great things.

Greetings Valentine! Happy Pet of the Day to you and your proud guardian! I'm honored to be the first to congratulate on your "top pet" props...and how deserving you are!:) What a brave and beautiful Paint you are, Valentine. Your ability to bounce back, to learn to love and trust again after suffering the most unspeakable abuse and neglect at the hands of so many humans, is truly inspirational!
Thankfully those horrible times are quickly fading from memory, now that you are in the loving care of a truly devoted and responsible guardian, one who will love and respect you for the magnificent creature that you are, all the days of your life! I'm sure it will take some time before your heart and spirit are fully healed, but there's no doubt you are well on your way! (Just look at that lovely "bow!"):cool: As we so often say here, echoing your guardian's words, we learn so much fror our animal companions about the meaning of life; devoted friendship, commitment and faith, and in you your person has the best teacher of all! What wonderful times you two will be sharing over the years to come, in and out of the show ring!:cool:

Hello, beautiful Valentine! I like your pretty eyes, your brown and white face and your three white socks! (Did one go missing in the laundry? :) ) I am so very sorry about all of the sad things that happened to you in your past. I don't know a lot about horses but I do know that bleeding and undernourishment are not good care. Now you are safe and loved, and you and your person will be together and all kinds of wonderful things will happen. I like the picture of you and Abby looking out at me over the wall- I can see your eyes and Abby's pretty brown eyes! Please have your person give you a big hug for me to celebrate YOU! What do you like to eat? Maybe your person will serve you a delicious horse treat for your special day. A hug for Abby too, please while we are celebrating! I love your gorgeous blue eyes!!! I'm not sure I ever saw a horse with blue eyes before. :) I'm so glad you are out of those horrible places you were and home where you are safe and loved. I bet you and Abby are a great team. If you do shows, I bet you will do well.

Valentine is a beauty! Sure glad she got her health back and is being cared for now! Sounds like you 2 are very good for one another, you can never have too many peeps lookin' out for you and Valentine sure deserves a good life :love: Less ignorance and a little more kindness in this world would be refreshing. Hi, beautiful Valentine! I knew a horse that was a paint with one blue eye years ago. She was supposed to be crazy, but was ever so sublime. You have been through the mill, but thankfully you have found your forever home and I hope you get lots of treats for you POTD celebration, pretty Valentine! :)
Hello Valentine, it's a pleasure to meet you and human Abby too. I didnt know horses could have blue eyes--beautiful. I was sorry to read that you had rough times and mistreatment in your life. However, you sure have a good human now to love you and take care of you and train you. No doubt you two will be a great twosome. Val, you are such a pretty horse.
