The choir in heaven has gained a powerful voice. She was a classy lady, and it's too bad cancer defeated her at last, instead of her wining the battle. I am sure she is glad the fight is over, though!
It is good that they are now pointing out that she had lung cancer but was NOT a smoker, as everyone assume anyone who gets lung cancer is. This is as big a misconception as the notion that anyone with cirrhosis of the liver is a heavy drinker - my brother-in-law's Dad died from that, and was never a drinker. It made him feel bad, as he was just a kid when his Dad died, that everyone just assumed his Dad was an alcoholic based on the disease.
