Didn't think I'd see the inside of a courtroom anytime soon...
Until I read about a guy named Dolores Merrero, was arrested for stomping and abusing his dog. He was seen by the police doing it. He was charged with failure to vaccinate, failure to keep his dog on a leash AND a Class U MISDEMEANOR!!!!!! THAT pisses me off to no end!! He was released on $5,000 bond and is due in Meriden Superior Court on December 19th. Judge Scarpellino (the judge in the Alexander Bernard case) will be the judge hearing the case.
Boy is he in for a surprize!!! So, as much as I would've LIKED to take a break from animal activism, I wouldn't miss this for anything. It seems Merrero has a rap sheet a mile long, including a trial coming up in February for littering.
When is this insanity going to stop???
