Terra Loses Her Friend Bella

This news from the Elephant Sanctuary is sad. The elephant, Terra & her dog friend, Bella had been best friends since 2003. Rest in peace Bella.

The story of these two friends has always amazed me. I bet Terra is lost without Bella.:( RIP Bella.

I knew of this relationship also and it brought a smile to my face. I'm so sorry that Terra lost her friend Bella, I hope you had a peaceful voyage to the Bridge Bella, RIP.

Same here. It's always sad to lose a dear friend.

I got an email from the Elephant Sanctuary when it happened. I contribute to the place. I cried when I read it. It seems as though Tarra has dealt with it nicely and only the humans are suffering. I love elephants so much. They really are gentle giants.

Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention. It happened days ago. So sad. Rest in Peace sweet Bella.

When I saw the title of the thread I had to read it three times.

The cross street to the house I grew up at was Terra Bella.:eek:
