Happy Columbus Day (Monday, Oct. 10) especially to our Italian American PT'ers!

Happy Thanksgiving (Monday, Oct. 10) for my Canadian PT friends! I'll celebrate by being thankful from now until U.S. Thanksgiving in November; I've got a lot to be thankful for.

Happy National Pierogi Day (Saturday, Oct. 8) -- I'm Polish on my dad's side so you know what I'm going to be eating tomorrow!

LOL, I did NOT know about Perogi Day! Oh my, have to go send off 2 emails now, ha haa.

I'm second generation from Poland on my mother's side. This is great, I never knew about National Pierogi Day! Now I know what to make for dinner tonight :)
