I would love to have splash parties with you between naps.;) I hope your human peeps spoil you rotten today and every day and I wish you the happiest COTD ever.:) It makes my heart sad to hear you have the dreaded 'C' word.:( Live every day to the fullest precious guy!:cool:

I was smiling when I read your story, and my mouth literally fell when I read the end of it, how sad and horrible for you and your owner. I am SO sorry to hear this. I hope that somehow you can beat the odds and stay with your family for much longer. Take care, and know that we are praying for you.

Hello Bruna, You sure are handsome! I've never had a cat that liked water and it must be fun to watch you play in water. I am so sorry you have cancer and at such a young age too. I hope you will surprise the doctors and live a lot longer. I know your human loves you very much and has and will take great care of you. Congrats on being COTD!

I fell in love with him reading your tribute and I hope that somehow he will live longer than the vets seem to think. Miracles happen and I urge you to join a Yahoo group to get advice from others who have been through the same thing with their pussycats. Sometimes the vets don't know everything and you may be surprised at the ways others will be able to help and support you and Bruno.

How sad that Bruno is not well. Just make every day a good day for as long as you can; then you will have good memories. Like the others, I hope that Bruno can beat the odds and live a long, fun filled life.

You are simply beautiful Bruno, in body and spirit, and in true MC style, a gentle giant and a lover boy of the highest order (though when I read of your insatiable love for water, I had to wonder if you don't have some Turkish Van in you)! And when your human described your and her/his simply precious nightly ritual, my heart melted! Isn't it funny, the lengths we humans go to, the accomodations we make, to assure that our furry sleeping partners get their space!:) But I have to say Bruno, I was utterly heartbroken by story's end.:( I'm so very sorry to hear that you're suffering from cancer, Bruno.:( You're far too young to be taken from your person, and I hope and pray that there is a miracle in store for you, that you and your person will know many more happy years together.

It has warmed my heart hearing all the kind words and prayers for my sick Bruno. The pic i posted was taken a little over a month ago Sadly Bruno is getting very skinny and losing his playfulness The cancer is really taking it's toll on him. He still loves his water time but I see him getting weaker every day. I appreciate all of you responses. I have truly been blessed to have Bruno in my life!!
