Does anyone GPS with live traffic info?

Does anyone have a GPS with live traffic updates? How does it work? Do you like it?

We recently lost our GPS on vacation and I was thinking of getting a new one with traffic updates this time. My husband has a long-ish commute and has to drive quite a bit at his job to meet with clients, etc. I'm hoping having traffic updates could help save some time and money.

Any suggestions on what kind to get?
