Malone turned 6 months yesterday, and I missed it! I can't even believe that I missed it!! :eek: :( But we did have a houseful of company, and I was so busy getting ready for a busy week this week, but still, I just plumb forgot.
How old are dogs usually when they reach adult size???
I thought around 1 or 2.... but with labs... i don't think you'll ever know lol
BTW... Honey will be turning 6 months too pretty soon i beleive!
Chewy is 6 months and up to Malone's Knees LOL..Anyone know where to get growth pills?? ;)
They do stop around 1-2 yrs, but around 6 months they really slow down in growth. The vet told me zeke prob wont get much bigger (hes also around 6 mths)
KayAnn- I hope you didn't mean that as in growing wide! LOL!! jk ;D Actually there is a lot of labs I see around here way over weight...:[ Josie isn't though, I think it's safe to say shes stopped growing..shh..now I went and ruined it!! :rolleyes:
Nebo just turned 5 months old a few days ago too! Congrats Malone!
I thought that most dogs reached *about* their full growth around 9 months old.......I'm not really sure though...
Don't beat yourself over it, Anna. It's OK. You'll just have to go all out for his birthday when he's one!

Katie grew til she was about 3 yrs.
But then again she's my dog she has to go against the norm. LOL
