Did anyone else notice this?
yep, I did. Pretty cool, huh? I know several couples getting married today (Sunday) not a Saturday, just for the date....:)
Yup, ever since 07-07-07 I looked at dates like this. Teasing my boyfriend that we should get married on one of these dates. I'm still looking at 11-11-11. Which is also my grandmothers birthday.
My friend got married last Sunday and originally wanted to get married today, but the place wasn't available.
Today is also a co-workers birthday.
my bro told us that today was 10-10-10
Yep, I noticed the date was 10/10/10. In two years, my birthday will land on 12/12/12!!
Have to admit I didn't notice. Gini, in a couple of hours it will be 10-10-10-10:10 over there!
Yes, I noticed a little while ago.:) Today is my brother's 12th wedding anniversary and also one of my good friends 23rd wedding anniversary who still lives in S.C.
I didn't notice until I went to write a check today.
Today is my grandson's 3rd birthday.
Noticed it when we were choosing the Pet, Dog and Cat of the Day for today! I think it's a fun thing, didn't do anything special, but I like noticing cool things like that!
David, I know your "golden birthday" is when you turn the age of your birthday, so mine was the year I turned 22 on the 22nd. I didn't know that then, but when the young woman I took care of when she was little (ages 4- almost 6) turned 20 on September 20th in the year 2000 we thought that was "extra golden!"
Just think, today some kids turned ten on 10-10-10 - how cool would that be, huh? ;) You can pretend you've regressed to age 12 on 12-12-12!
I missed it till I went on line. A baby boy was born in Fairview Hospital tonight at 10:00. Just saw it on the news, how fun is that?
I totally missed this, which isn't like me. When I was married, I last observed the date of 8.8.88 and told myself that I would watch for things like this. Oh well.
I missed it until it was over but it sounds as if all churches and wedding venues were fully booked as so many people wanted to marry that day :D
Noticed this in the news re 10/10/10. Don't think he'll ever have trouble
remembering this date & time.
