I was driving home fairly late last night from a play when I saw something in the middle of the road that looked to be a groundhog. I slowed down and saw that it was a mama w/her kitten. They were just sitting in the middle of the road! :eek: Mama picked up her kitten in her mouth and ran right in front of my car. I still get goosebumps thinking about it. She made it safely across the road but I sure hope that if she had more kittens that she was able to get them all.
Oh Mary, what a frightening thought!!! I wonder if she had other kittens hidden somewhere.
Glad she was able to get out of the road.
OH MAN! I would have been horrified too. :eek:
:(That is cary as so many drivers either would be texting while driving , or had a bad day and that Poor Mama Cat and Kitten would have been run over :(:(:(

That is definitely scary. I hate when any critter crosses in front of me, and birds too! I wish they could read signs. :(
