Oh my, the dogs were ON LEASH!!!! That means the family saw it all, how awful!
:( That is so sad.. I still dont understand how the person walking the dogs could have not flaged the truck to stop.. RIP wittle Babies..
Now they say that John & Kelly are pregnant of three months too..
My heart goes out to them :(
This is very tragic. :(
They were probably on leashes that were too long. If they had even 6 foot leads the person walking them would have been harmed as well, more than likely.
Sad story:( But I agree, they must have been on retractable leashes or something. I hate those.
What a terrible story. I can't believe they are grieving some more.:( :( :( These people have had enough bad news.
How awful.:(
That is so sad... even if it was a retractable leash, I would think it would still be close enough to people considering it's a vehicle that struck them... Poor babies...
Ugh!
thats so horrible. :(
I still don't know how the driver didn't see the dogs. Its not like they have a poor view or anything. I'm also wondering why the handler didn't pull them back when they saw a truck coming... There are def. 2 people to blame here.. The Handler & the Driver.
